We have been surprised and disappointed by the refusal of the proposed wind farm at Whinash in Cumbria on 02 March 2006. We would have liked to see England’s largest wind farm built on our doorstep. We will be studying this decision over the coming weeks on how this may affect other projects in England and the UK.
