Stephenson Halliday prepared a vision document to accompany local plan representations for a large-scale residential development in West Boldon, UK.
Our work outlined how the site could be used for the development, including an analysis of constraints and opportunities. The documentation outlined various benefits if the development proceeded. In preparation of the documents, we sought advice from experts to inform the likely layout of future such developments and to ensure a well-rounded proposal of a sensitive design. The Stephenson Halliday graphics team prepared the document and made it visually attractive and accessible. The document corroborated the arguments favouring the residential development.
