Stephenson Halliday is proud to have provided graphics services for ADAS Land’s residential development at Gloucester Road, Staunton.

ADAS Land approached us to create visuals illustrating their proposed residential development at Gloucester Road, Staunton. These visuals were designed to highlight the integration of the new homes into the surrounding landscape, with a particular focus on their extensive landscaping efforts.

To achieve this, we conducted a site visit to capture baseline photography from a pre-agreed series of viewpoints along Gloucester Road to the east of the site. Using this reference, we constructed a 3D model of the proposed layout and integrated it into the photographs. We used a combination of tools such as Photoshop, SketchUp and Google Earth, to combine the proposed layout with the baseline images, effectively incorporating the scheme and landscaping into the visuals. The final images illustrated how the proposals would appear and highlighted the extensive landscaping planned to integrate the new homes into their surroundings.

These finalised images were presented as evidence during the appeal, demonstrating that the design provided an appropriate interface with the public realm and maintained a suitable offset from the sensitive landscape to the east of Gloucester Road.
